i see ppl hang up some stuff i say that bc ppl are putting somthing on the wall i also see ppl watching somthing on tv i say that bc the kid is watching nemo
i think girl is a cop and guy is a fisherman i say this because she has a gun in holster and guy has a fisher man attire on-and he is watching finding nemo with fish in in it. i also see a baby in crib that looks like a boy.I also see a wii in the bottom of the cabanite. I think these people are moving because the guy has gloves on and has a baskit
my summary,In Japan there population is running out. There is a lot of adults and no children. There is a lot of life-sized dolls and barely any children.
i see a babe in a babe bed where there is two people over the babes bed fixing a shelf . i say this because its what i see .i also see a movie on the tv witch is finding memo and the woman has a gun
Ta’Siah, a very good beginning. But the “because that is what i see” passage can be more clearly explained using details from the text. The “because” might explain “a babe”; for example, I know it is a baby because it is small, very short and is sucking on a binky. I say that they are fixing the shelf because ….”
Modify your statement: remember you want to have at least THREE reasons for saying what you say.

Kayliana, I like your summary, but I think you are missing a main point, but maybe you did not read that far. BE SURE to connect the REASON that they have made life-size dolls. For example: In the Japanese town of BRICOLAGE, their population is running out. There ARE a FEW adults and no children. There ARE a lot of life-sized dolls and barely any children. THE LIFE-SIZE DOLLS ARE PLACED IN MANY DIFFERENT BUILDINGS IN BRICOLAGE, AS A WAY OF ADDING TO THE POPULATION

Very well done, David. You have mastered the style of writing that makes a claim and explains why you have come to a conclusion: (girl is a cop: I say this because she has a gun). Great work!

well done, Elisha. Your writing is stronger, makes a claim and explains why you have come to a conclusion: ( see ppl hang up some stuff: I say this bc I see ppl hang up some stuff). Good job.

tahlaya :in the picture i see a women and man putting stuff back on the wall from falling down . i see a baby who just got done watching a movie . hes now interested in the women and men putting souvenirs back on the shelf . the women is probably his mother and shes a corectional officer
Okay, you have stated the answer to “what’s going on,” but the other two steps are missing. Give TWO reasons why you say that “a women and man putting stuff back on the wall from falling down” is what’s going on. Also, don’t forget to list what else you see.

I lost the first comment! You have successfully answered the question “what’s going on in this picture,” but haven’t given two reasons for your answer (why do you say that?). Some possible statements:
Why do you say that the woman is the baby’s mother?
Why do you say that the woman is a correctional officer?
Why do you say that the baby just finished watching a movie?
